Damaged or Defective Items

We want every Honey Doll Designs order to arrive in the best possible condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

a. Report Within 7 Days: Contact our customer support team within 7 days of the delivery date. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for a resolution.
